Hi, my name is Tammy Brice and I am excited to partner with the the Butcher Real Estate Team to update your headshots and create a team composite.

COST: The Butcher Real Estate Team will cover the cost of your composite only. You will be responsible for the cost of your session. Please read details below and book your session.

SESSION TYPE: The composite only session will include one full body image on white, also cropped in to use as a headshot as well as a transparent png file. That cost is $125 and will be billed to you. You do have the option to extend your session to include additional wardrobe options, more images or even a lifestyle session which would include all your edited images. Those session add-ons can be added below.

COMPOSITE ONLY: This session will be full body only. This image will be used for the team composite (as seen above) Your cost will be $125. Please arrive camera-ready and in the wardrobe you plan to wear. Please choose wardrobe options within the color palette below.

DEADLINE: Tammy books up a few weeks out so book your session as soon as you can.

WARDROBE:

—-FULL BODY: Please wear business professional to business casual. We will be shooting a full body shot to create a team composite so pants, and shoes WILL be in the shot. Bring a couple different options if you are unsure and we will help you choose the best outfit.

—-HEADSHOT (optional): Please wear business professional to business casual for your headshot. Feel free to show your personality and wear whatever you’d like. We will shoot from the mid-thigh up so your pants/skirt’s waistline will be in the shot. Note: This session is optional.

COLOR PALETTE: For your full body shot, please use wardrobe options within this color palette below and coordinate your outfit to the team photo above.

- Wash and iron clothing needed for the shoot.
- Ask your company if there are any specific wardrobe or background requirements.
- Take your time getting ready. Don’t be rushed. Style hair as your normally would. Apply your make-up except for lip liner and lipstick.
- Gather everything together…wardrobe, make-up, hair products and accessories, jewelry, belts, and appropriate undergarments.
- You’ll receive a text and email 2 hours before your session with specific directions on how to find our studio.
- A wide variety of wardrobe options that fit you well. Jewel tones are best. MEN: try to bring more than just a white dress shirt. Pay attention to the neckline.
- Jewelry, ties, belt, watch, cufflinks and any other accessories.
- Appropriate undergarments for wardrobe choices. Spanx are a sure bet!
- Bring all your make-up, hair products and hair accessories. I will touch things up when you arrive and choose your lip color based on our wardrobe choices.
- Each digital image delivered will include a lo-res {online + social media use} and a hi-res file {for printing, collateral + biz cards}
- Sales tax will be charged on sessions only.
- ADDITIONAL IMAGES: Additional edited digital images are $50 each. Un-edited images are $25 each. You may purchase the entire gallery of images “as is” for an additional fee equal to the cost of the initial session.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $50 charge for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- RUSH FEE: Gallery delivery and edited images delivery within a 24 hour period has a $50 rush fee.
- SPECIAL EDITS: Any special requests that go beyond our normal edits may incur an extra fee depending on the complexity of the edit.
- ADDITIONAL PEOPLE: There is a flat fee of $75 for sessions of 5 or more people.
