Hi, my name is Tammy Brice and I am excited to partner with PSM Marketing to provide exceptional service to your clients in regards to Photography Services.

PROCESS: Please fill out the form as best as you can below every time you have a new client.

  1. After we review your form submission, we will reach out with questions if needed.

  2. We will provide an estimate.

  3. Once the estimate is approved, we will put together a custom webpage for your clients. This custom webpage will provide information in regards to what we are shooting, what we want them to wear (professional, casual, colors, etc) They can easily also book their session on this webpage. We will not take any payment in studio.

    You will send this link to the client and it will stay the same so they can use it moving forward for any new team members. Over time we will add example images from people in their company.

  4. Each of your clients that work with us will have their own parent gallery and in each gallery will be albums with the team members name. We will make the PM the “gallery manager”. We name all files with the person’s name for ease of use.

  5. When the session is completed, we will send final images to both the subject and PSM so that you can easily update your client’s website, marketing collateral, etc..

  6. We will send invoices directly to the client. We will always write the date of the session and name of the team member so that they know who we are invoicing for.


    >>>>And remember, we are totally open to changing procedures to make things as efficient as possible and you can always jump on a call right here…zoom or phone….sometimes that’s easier.
