Hi, my name is Tammy Brice and I am excited to partner with MN Vet Hospital to update your headshots and team composites.

COST: MVH will cover the your headshot session. Click below to book your session. If you’d like to book a longer session to get more wardrobe options into your session, that’s fantastic….I would simply bill you for the remaining balance depending on the type of session you book. WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear clean, pressed scrubs in blues, pinks and purples. We will be shooting down to your calf so pants will show but shoes will not. This is for a team composite. The headshots will be cropped at the normal location of mid-chest.


BOOK THE SHORT SCENE 15 MIN SESSION

    • Wash and iron clothing needed for the shoot.

    • Ask your company if there are any specific wardrobe or background requirements.

    • Take your time getting ready. Don’t be rushed. Style hair as your normally would. Apply your make-up except for lip liner and lipstick.

    • Gather everything together…wardrobe, make-up, hair products and accessories, jewelry, belts, and appropriate undergarments.

    • You’ll receive a text and email 2 hours before your session with specific directions on how to find our studio.

    • A wide variety of wardrobe options that fit you well. Jewel tones are best. MEN: try to bring more than just a white dress shirt. Pay attention to the neckline.

    • Jewelry, ties, belt, watch, cufflinks and any other accessories.

    • Appropriate undergarments for wardrobe choices. Spanx are a sure bet!

    • Bring all your make-up, hair products and hair accessories. I will touch things up when you arrive and choose your lip color based on our wardrobe choices.

    • Each digital image delivered will include a lo-res {online + social media use} and a hi-res file {for printing, collateral + biz cards}

    • Sales tax will be charged on sessions only.

    • ADDITIONAL IMAGES: Additional edited digital images are $50 each. Un-edited images are $25 each. You may purchase the entire gallery of images “as is” for an additional fee equal to the cost of the initial session.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $50 charge for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

    • RUSH FEE: Gallery delivery and edited images delivery within a 24 hour period has a $50 rush fee.

    • SPECIAL EDITS: Any special requests that go beyond our normal edits may incur an extra fee depending on the complexity of the edit.

    • ADDITIONAL PEOPLE: There is a flat fee of $75 for sessions of 5 or more people.
